Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Airdash collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated: November 1, 2026.
Who we are
Airdash is a service of Helpful Intelligence (Peter Van Dijck, Calle Circon 5, Madrid, Spain). We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@getairdash.com.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and login details. Login is handled by WorkOS.
- Data you enter: databases, tables and rows, created by you or by AI agents acting for you. You decide what you put in, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.
- Billing data: payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
- Usage data: basic information about how the site and app are used, collected with privacy-friendly analytics.
- Messages: emails you send us, and emails we send you about your account.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for.
- To handle billing and account administration.
- To answer your questions and support you.
- To understand how the service is used and improve it.
- To send you product emails you can unsubscribe from.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run Airdash: hosting (Laravel Cloud), databases (Cloudflare), login (WorkOS), payments (Stripe), email (Bento) and analytics. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
AI assistants and the MCP server
If you connect an AI assistant to Airdash through the MCP server, that assistant can read and use the data in your account that you can access. What the assistant provider does with that data is governed by your agreement with them.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Write to hello@getairdash.com. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email.
