Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Airdash. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Last updated: October 26, 2026.

Who we are

The service

Airdash lets AI agents create databases through an MCP server, and gives people a spreadsheet-style view of them. It is for business use. It is in early use and may change a lot. The service changes over time, and features may be added, changed or removed.

No warranty, no guarantees

Airdash is provided as is and as available, with no warranty and no guarantees of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will not be lost, or that it will fit your purpose.

We do not guarantee any result from using Airdash. This includes the accuracy of anything an AI agent writes to your databases, and any decision you or others make based on the data.

You are responsible for checking what AI agents do in your account, and for backing up data you cannot afford to lose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for what happens under it. You must be able to enter into these terms on behalf of your business.

Your data

You own the data you put into Airdash. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you enter, including personal data of third parties. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Airdash to break the law, to send spam, to harass anyone, or to attack or overload the service.

Trial, billing and cancellation

Plans have a 15-day free trial and are then billed monthly through Stripe. Prices include VAT. You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change; we will tell you in advance.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Airdash at any time. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. If we end the service, we will give notice and a way to export your data where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
